Health Care
Expanding and ensuring access to quality, affordable health care is a top priority for me. I am committed to strengthening and improving the Affordable Care Act (ACA), bringing down the costs of prescription drugs including insulin, and increasing the public health workforce.
It is my firm belief that access to healthcare is not a privilege, but a right. I am a co-sponsor of Medicare for All, and I fought repeatedly during the Trump administration against continued Republican attempts to undermine access to care and deny Americans the healthcare coverage they need and deserve.
