CHICAGO — Today, Congressman Bobby L. Rush sent a letter to Chief Judge Timothy C. Evans requesting he appoint a special prosecutor to review evidence in wake of a newly release videotape showing the strangulation death of Anthony Kyser by a CVS store manager, on Tuesday, May 18, 2010.
